Delete your Nurtiva account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Nurtiva and tap your profile picture (top right).
2. Tap Privacy & safety.
3. Tap Delete all my data and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and everything linked to it straight away: your logs, cycles, pregnancy details, medicines, reminders, partner sharing, assistant history, community posts and replies, and push notification settings. It cannot be undone. You can download a copy of your data first from the same screen.

If you can’t open the app

Email miamelano3002@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my Nurtiva account”. We will delete the account and all its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Accounts in Anonymous Mode have no email, so they can only be deleted from inside the app.
