Nurtiva gives general health information and estimates based on what you log. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor, midwife or other health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Not contraception

Fertile-window and ovulation predictions are estimates. Do not rely on them to prevent pregnancy.

Medicines

Nurtiva only keeps a record of the medicines you add. Always follow the dose on the label or from your doctor or pharmacist.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. In Anonymous Mode your data is linked only to your phone; if you lose the phone or sign out without adding an email, you may lose access to your data.

Community

Be kind and respectful. There is no tolerance for abusive, hateful, sexual, harmful or illegal content, or for sharing another person's private information. You can report any post or reply and block any member from the post screen. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content, and accounts, that break these rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will let you know in the app about important changes.
